On Sakura’s 3rd anniversary I would like to share; My Experience at Sakura Dental Clinic from being a patient to the journey of working at Sakura as a nurse. 🌸🩷 Visiting Sakura Dental Clinic for a check-up and cleaning with Dr. Gomez was an absolute delight. The clinic has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional Michi, the receptionist, was so helpful with the forms, and Nurse Mayu-san was kind and reassuring throughout my visit. Thoughtful touches like cozy blankets, TV entertainment, and even refreshments make the experience feel more like a spa visit than a dental appointment. I left not only with a bright smile but also feeling genuinely cared for. What makes Sakura truly special, though, is that the same warmth and care extend behind the scenes as well. Working at Sakura feels like being part of a family. From small thoughtful details water purifier, tea, coffee, snacks, blankets, cushions, and even sanitary products to the bigger things like a calm environment and well-organized systems, everything is designed to make each day smooth and stress-free. I deeply appreciate how well-prepared and well-stocked everything always is, ensuring that patient care runs seamlessly. The clinic’s dedication to both patients and staff is remarkable. Patient care always comes first, but staff wellbeing is valued just as highly and that balance truly makes all the difference. Even on Saturdays, it never feels like I’m “at work.” Instead, I feel calm, focused, and fulfilled doing what I love assisting patients and supporting my dentist. Working here is genuinely therapeutic. I’ve learned so much from Gaby and the team especially about the importance of gentleness, staying calm under pressure, and never compromising on patient care, even on busy days. Sakura Dental Clinic is a place where both patients and staff feel valued, respected, and cared for. It’s a clinic built on integrity, compassion, and excellence and it’s a place I would always choose to grow, learn, and smile. 🤗🌸

This is the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to! When I first moved to London, I didn’t know where to go for my dental appointments, and was quite anxious about the dental system here. I was also looking for a more Asian dental practice, in case there were specific problems that needed addressing. But then I read reviews online and found this clinic, and after two years of coming here, it has made me look forward to my appointments! I have been with two dentists here now, Dr Priscilla who moved and Dr Gabriela, and they are very detailed and transparent in explaining what’s happened, what the corrective options are, and what the cost is. They’re really wonderful and very helpful. I always am happy to come here for my appointments even though I’ve since moved from London to another part of the UK. The atmosphere is also very comfortable here!

TLDR: The value I receive as a patient of Dr. Gabriela Gomez at Sakura Dental Clinic is greater than the price I pay for my treatments. I suffer from degenerative temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder on both sides of my jaw (limited mouth opening of 2cm and limited bite force) and Dr. Gabriela Gomez has been my dentist since 2017. Simply put, I trust no one else with my teeth than Dr. Gabriela Gomez. Apart from Dr. Gabriela Gomez's superb technical skills and knowledge, what makes her trustworthy and stand out as a dentist for me are: 1. She shows genuine care and compassion and values me as a patient. She actively listens to my concerns and then tries to alleviate them by educating me and patiently explaining oral health issues and the pros/cons of treatment options. One thing I really appreciate is that she has gotten to know me and never rushes her treatment. 2. She DOES NOT try to upsell me on products and/or treatments that I don't need and didn't ask for 3. She has made the effort to get to know me and values me as a long-term patient. Obviously, having a long-term patient is financially beneficial for her clinic, but this is also beneficial for me in saving me valuable time on not having to look for a new dentist/clinic. Regarding Sakura Dental Clinic itself, the place is super clean and spotless and uses state-of-the-art dental technology and equipment. Three other people worth mentioning who work at Sakura Dental Clinic are Michi (reception), and Nina and Mayu (dental nurses). All kind, caring and passionate team members of Sakura Dental Clinic.
