I have had the most positive dental experience possible at Saving Teeth in Edinburgh thanks Dr Navid and his team. As a really anxious patient over the years I always dread the next treatment. But ongoing pain and discomfort from a tooth that had already been treated meant I now needed specialist root canal treatment and an early appointment. From the moment I walked into the practice and received such a warm and caring reception from Monica I felt I was in good hands. Her communication and encouragement over the visits was exceptional. Dr Navid is a calm reassuring professional and I can hardly believe how smoothly he completed the root canal. I thought I would need two separate visits because of my anxiety but I had no problem completing the treatment in one session because of his specialist skills. I benefited from the way he isolated the tooth and expertly used all the up to date equipment. Thank you to Patricia who was an empathetic dental nurse who assisted and showed a caring attitude. I have no hesitation in recommending Saving Teeth and I am relieved and happy to have had such a good outcome and met such a lovely team of professionals.

As a nervous patient I was super scared getting a root canal done but the whole Team, Dr Navid, Monika and Lucy made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that the treatment went down so well. Now I don’t want to sugarcoat it, the first appointment was not all rosy but the Team had me as relaxed as possible, i was able to listen to an audio book to divert my attention to something more pleasant and time went by super quick. The aftercare phone call was really appreciated. Whenever I had a question and sent an email I got a super quick and in depth response back. The second appointment I was way more relaxed and it was done before I realised. Same thing, had great conversations with the team to calm my nerves, listened to my audio book to be distracted and it was over before I knew it. Honestly could not have asked for anything better! I am very grateful to the whole team for making this scary experience a very pleasant one. Obviously I don’t hope I will need another root canal done but if i do, there is no one else I’d rather go to!
