Totally disgusted by this surgery. I was removed from their NHS services because I didn't have an appointment during the covid period. They didn't seem to understand why and refused to see me once I felt it was safe to go after covid. Now my disabled partner has also been removed because he has missed 2 appointments one of which was because his car broke down on the way to the appointment and he called them as quickly as possible to explain. Within an hour. Totally disgusting to be treated this way. It was bad enough when it was me but to do it to a disabled person too who needs the service. I am speechless.
