I had a emergency appointment due to tooth ache, dr imran and his nurse I think her name was adila, was brilliant, I couldn’t of wish’d for two better people to see me and treat me,they both was amazing. They both was very caring and took time to make some I was 100% comfortable, even when I had a bit of a break down, they both assured me I was doing well, thank you again

After having my two front teeth removed In August and having a temporary plate fitted i was really hoping to have my permanent plate for Christmas, however after visiting the dentist on 28th November and thinking I was having final scan for permanent plate i was kept waiting for 40 mins to be told there had been an emergency then to be told dentist was running behind, two different stories, who is telling the truth? I expect a bit more communication paying privately and to be kept updated and not lied to. I went in 45 mins late to be told to go back in two days for scan for permanent plate. I don't like been lied to if dentist is running behind just tell me the truth. I feel I was lied to and had the wool pulled over my eyes .I do believe because the dentist was running behind he did not have the time to scan my mouth, totally unacceptable and i was very disappointed. I felt that because I didn't want to pay for implants that I was just pushed aside as if to say oh she can wait. Ive since found a lovely NHS dentist that will fit my new plate. All I will say is I had been treated previously by the lovely Imran who I trusted implicitly however because he is an emergency dentist I can't see him permanently much to my disappointment. My advice stay away only interested in your money not you as a patient. Ive had to give one star to post review. My rating ZERO stars end of

Dr Shyam + his assistant jag did an amazing job twice for me. After having an awful experience with the dentist before I was very afraid to ever go to a dentist again Shyam made me feel very comfortable and his confidence reassured me to put complete trust into him. He did an amazing job giving me a filling and also extracting a tooth which took him seconds such a skilled and amazing person to go to if any teeth issues also dr sher Khan was very helpful also and polite really appreciate everyone in that place

One star for dentist (Dr Adam higgins) 5 stars for everything else. On my initial visit, I was seen by Dr. Shailee Chandra, who provided exceptional care. She was professional, friendly, and explained every step of the procedure in a clear and reassuring manner. Although my tooth could not be removed that day due to infection, she made sure I understood why and made me feel comfortable throughout. I was very impressed with her approach. However, on my follow-up appointment with Dr. Adam Higgins for the extraction, my experience was unfortunately very different. Dr. Higgins did not introduce himself or explain the procedure adequately. The appointment felt rushed from the beginning. After administering the anaesthetic, I felt dizzy with a racing heart and asked if this was normal; his response was dismissive and offered little reassurance. During the extraction, I experienced significant discomfort. Although more anaesthetic was given, the procedure felt very rough, and at one point I nearly swallowed fragments of my broken tooth. After the extraction, I received no real aftercare guidance or concern for my wellbeing. Overall, it felt as though the priority was to complete the extraction as quickly as possible and move on to the next patient. i want to emphasize the reception staff and dental assistants have consistently been polite, professional, and very attentive, and I appreciate their support.

I recently had a complex root canal and cap done by Dr Gav, and I can’t recommend him enough. He was honest, patient, and incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything so I felt completely at ease. Dr Gav’s attention to detail, clear communication, and careful planning really stood out, he runs the whole process like a professional, making sure everything went smoothly for me. If you are looking for a dentist who is skilled, trustworthy, and really know’s how to manage even complex treatments with confidence, Dr Gav is the one to go to.
