I visited Dr. Gamal with a challenging dental issue: I had severe tooth wear. After a thorough analysis of my case, he recommended a Smile Make Over using zirconia crowns on top and bottom teeth , teeth preparation was done with great care —During the treatment, I was given temporary teeth that looked aesthetic and natural, so I felt confident throughout the entire process, able to communicate and smile freely. Dr Gamal is very calm professional and he is doing his best in patient care. At no stage I felt pain or discomfort . I would like to give special thanks to nurse Wendy, Rachel and Leighanne for their support, attentiveness, and kindness made me feel calm and cared for at every step. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **From Pain and Desperation to Relief and Gratitude – A Story I’ll Never Forget** I want to share my experience with Scottish Dental Implants & Cosmetic Dentistry, because this clinic and their wonderful team quite literally saved me — not just from pain, but from losing hope. It all started with my wisdom tooth. I didn’t have space for it to grow, and it got badly infected. What followed was the worst pain I have ever felt in my entire life — the kind that makes you cry, shake, and feel completely helpless. For three days, I tried everything: painkillers , salty water ...anything to make it through work, but nothing helped. I couldn’t sleep, eat, or even think straight. I reached a point where I was taking too many painkillers just to survive the day — something I never thought I’d do. I’m usually a sensible person, but the pain made me desperate. I called 111 hoping for help. They sent me somewhere that didn’t even have a surgeon. I was left in tears, both from the pain and from feeling completely abandoned by the system. I called another place and was told I’d have to wait six months — six months! The NHS had failed me, and I felt invisible, even though I work hard, pay my taxes, and try to do everything right. I started calling private clinics, one after another — more than ten of them. Every call ended with “no appointments” or “call back at 9am.” Some were even rude. I wasn’t asking for free treatment; I was just begging for help. I honestly felt like giving up. And then… I called Scottish Dental Implants & Cosmetic Dentistry. I could barely speak from the pain, but a kind, gentle voice answered. I don’t even know her name — I wish I did — because she was the first person who truly cared. She told me they were fully booked, but she could hear the pain in my voice and said, “Come in anyway, we’ll do our best to help you.” I burst into tears. After so many rejections, that small act of compassion felt like a miracle. When I arrived, the same lovely lady greeted me with the warmest smile. Even though I was shaking and could hardly hold myself together, she made me feel safe. They took an X-ray straight away, gave me something to calm the pain, and treated me with so much care and understanding. Then I met Dr Sheham (I hope I’m spelling that right). He was incredible — calm, kind, and so gentle. He explained everything and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The surgery was so smooth that I didn’t even realise when he had removed the wisdom tooth that had caused me so much suffering. The relief was indescribable. For the first time in days, I could breathe again — and cry tears of relief, not pain. I walked out of that clinic feeling like I had been given my life back. The next day, I was already able to return to work and start healing properly. To the amazing lady who answered the phone and to Dr Sheham, thank you from the deepest part of my heart. You will never know how much your kindness meant to me that day. When everyone else brushed me off, you listened, you cared, and you helped. You didn’t just fix my tooth — you restored my faith in humanity. I will never forget what you’ve done for me, and I will recommend Scottish Dental Implants & Cosmetic Dentistry to everyone I know. A "Life Changing" service from a 1st Class Practice!!! For the 1st time in 40 years I can smile with 100% confidence. Difficult to find the right words to convey exactly how much Sheham has changed my life for the positive with the work he has done. An amazing dentist, or should I say artist!!! For someone who has always been nervous for any dental work, I was made to feel at ease from the very start. That much at ease, I fell asleep during preparation of my teeth for crowns.🤯 ... 3 extractions went smoothly, pain free and done in no time. 3 implants placed without issue and actually looking forward to the next 2 after some healing. All staff are lovely and friendly. The practice has a nice atmosphere, modern and clean. Can't recommend Sheham, his staff and his surgery enough. If your considering any type of cosmetic dentistry, consider no more! Scottish Dental Implants are No1. I wouldnt go anywhere else. LIFE CHANGING!!!!

I want say massive thank you to Scottish Dental implants clinic, it’s was amazing experience for me . I'm very afraid of dentists, but I decided to trust them and got a wonderful result. I had crowns and implants installed. I want to point out that I'm very afraid of anesthesia injections; they make me feel really sick. But now I'm happy to go to my appointments.
