Wonderful. Though initial check up was double the price of usual check up (private). Hygienist appointment, ultasonic scaling was relatively painless and Nadia did a great job, teeth look and feel fantastic. Addition Nov 2025 I've always enjoyed my dentist appointments. However not for my hygienist appointment with Angela. Angela spent first 10 minutes of my £70 appointment interrogating me about my previous hygienist appointments, when I felt I had to repeatedly say I had sessions with my dentist and on weekends which is a locum. I appreciate people are trying to protect their jobs but it felt very unprofessional and wasting my costly time. She was also rough on my teeth so I won't be having further sessions.

My appointment was for 2:15 pm and, when I arrived, I was relaxed and prepared to wait for my treatment without needing to ask how long I’d be waiting. I was just happy that I made the appointment the previous day and got to be seen so quickly.

I called up on Monday for an emergency appointment and received an appointment for 2 days time. 1 hour before the scheduled appointment, I was told my appointment was 'postponed' because of a faulty chair in the surgery. Next appointment offered was 3 weeks later. The staff were friendly on calls but having to wait almost 3 1/2 weeks for an emergency appointment isn't a great service
