After being with Paul Moore for over 35 years he has now retired. Jill the receptionist thinks it's her practice! She's argumentative and basically nasty and unprofessional. I think she needs to go on a customer relations course as she has really bad attitude! Suppose if I was family/friends I would have got in no problem!!!

If I could give a 0 I would. Don't really leave bad reviews. But I'd avoid this place if you want all of your appointments cancelled for them to then to take you off their registration. Without telling you I might add. Before Covid 80% of my appointments were cancelled then it was emergency only for years. How was I supposed to book one? Not only this but they did the same to my brother, in 2021 who was left with a gum infection and had to have 4 of his teeth removed because they told him he didn't sign the Covid forms which he waited for that never came. They definitely don't care. I still have the cancellation letters and texts they sent. Harder to get into than area 51. Really hope they don't do the same to my disabled mother. I might add also, the dentists themselves are fine. Except for the one that poked my gums when the veins were showing to ask if it hurt. That was years ago though and she was a student dentist.
