I walked in off the street, looking for advice. Before I knew I was sitting in the dentist’s chair, something I would normally have to work myself up to for days. I am an extremely nervous patient and even walking in the door was a huge step for me. I recently went to my dentist for a crown replacement, x-ray was taken, and was told it could be replaced, no problem, the appointment lasted about 5 minutes. The dentist at Solihull practise, took the time to look at how the crown replacement would affect the rest of my teeth and advised, yes it was possible to he bought my attention to the obvious difficulties. The tooth under the crown has pushed forward so any replacement would probably not be in line with my teeth. Obvious once it was pointed out. He took time to explain what my different options are and will follow up with a phone call. If you are a nervous, anxious patient I highly recommend you give this practice a go. I even managed to have a giggle with the staff. Five plus stars
