Booked an appointment as i knew i needed an extraction. Had the mandatory "assessment" where i was told a filling would be ok, 2weeks later go back for the filling to be done, once in the chair the "dentist" who's actually a therapist not a dentist said a filling can be done so wouldn't need an extension. Go to reception to book extraction and the real dentist is away the whole of October so earliest appointment is mid November. After the therapist prodding and digging in my tooth its given me constant pain, far far worse than before i 1st went. Now im laying in bed at 2am as i cant sleep though the excruciating pain.

Found this dental surgery by complete chance. I walked in and asked if I could register as an NHS patient and the receptionist was kind and explained how to fill the form in correctly. A week later I got a call to offer an appointment which I took and the gent who phoned made it clear it would be with a dental therapist and if I needed further treatment I would be handed to the dentist. This was very explanatory and I appreciated this. I had my appointment today and was very impressed, the staff were very kind and explained all steps to me in detail. I was impressed with th efficiency of the service.

Irene & Beth were absolutely fantastic, especially with young children. My child was so calm during quite a difficult appointment due to the way they interacted with her and explained everything in a very child centered way. Absolutely recommend.

I was quite amazed at the service I received from Amna and Sana. Both of them made me feel at ease and made sure that nothing went wrong. They are both very friendly and did their best not to hurt me in any way. They were very patient as I told them I'm terrified of dentists. I would happily recommend this wonderful surgery. Further more, the receptionist, Waqas Khan, helped me patiently, to leave the good feedback they all deserved.

I can smile again , I am vey pleased with everyone at south Cliff dental in Broadstairs as they done an astonishing job and everyone was very professional! One day I was late just before they were closing and met the blond lady the cleaner and even she was very nice , very pulite and well organised! Thanks again south cliff dental you brought my smile back !
