First appointment, drove an hour to get here, app 1:30 arrived at 1:25 wasn't seen until 2pm. was told if I don't want to wait I can rebook. People arriving after me were seen for their appointments. You'd think as a first time they would be pretty on it. Very nice surgery disappointing first visit. I was sat in the chair for less than 2 mins. Charged £27 for the pleasure and told I have to see hygienist privately which will cost £180 for an hours work. 😂 Ludicrous. Said it wasn't available on the NHS which it is. Receptionist was lovely only good part of the visit. Hopefully I can change this review after a few visits.

I went to Spa Dental Clinic for Invisalign as I wanted to get my teeth straightened and had felt increasingly uncomfortable about my smile. Naz completely put me at my ease with her warm, cheerful positive manner and reassured me throughout the course of treatment. I had great support from Amy and Ashme also. I have to say I am thrilled with the results and have actually left my previous dentist to continue future care with Naz and her team.

Firstly, I have a very real fear of going to the dentist (child of the 70's...bad experiences, poor dentistry ever since basically, but I do take of my teeth), so I was apprehensive on my first visit to say the least. I have been putting the whole thing off whenever I am not in an emergency! However, I now feel optimistic I have finally found a practice that understands the very real anxiety many of us face. This is a gentle environment, with understanding faces, a knowledgeable and kind team, patient and kind dentists in my experience so far. ..I saw Nazim who was in to cover for my scheduled appointment with Nazia, and I have every faith Nazia will be as gentle and kind. I am very happy! I shall fear a little less. Highly recommended.

Good dentists do exist! I’ve been with Spa dental clinic for about 6 months after suffering with aging teeth and poor dentistry for a few years. I required a lot of treatment and Natasha kindly agreed to take me on. My faith has been restored in dentists. She was/Is amazing, she put me at ease, she is very professional, very friendly, very understanding and has such a kind heart. I really can’t thank her, Lauren(dental assistant)and the rest of the team there enough. Thank you, what a wonderful team you all are 😊
