I had my initial consultation with Stuart back in August where we decided on some whitening and composite bonding to achieve the smile I was after ready for my wedding next year. I’ve never minded going to the dentist but Stuart and his team made me feel so comfortable and at ease every time I was in the chair. I really appreciated how thoroughly the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment were explained to me. I felt as though every option was discussed before I fully committed to a decision and as though everything was tailored exactly to what I was looking for. The ‘trial smile’ that is offered and the mock-up of the what the bonding would look like is just brilliant and again, allowed me to see how things would look before committing. I am amazed with my results from the whitening and the composite bonding and am over the moon with my “new” smile. I feel as though the work Stuart and team have carried out has kept the changes subtle yet I feel as though I have a complete new set of teeth and can’t stop looking at them!!! Every member of staff I came into contact with were so friendly & professional and nothing was too much trouble. This is the first time I have ever had any cosmetic dentistry work done and I would look no further than Spires Dental if I ever was in the position to need or want anything done in future. Booking was seamless online, and I could even choose my own dentist. I sent a detailed summary of my dental history and sensory needs ahead of my first appointment, and it was read thoroughly. Stuart and the Team listen attentively, explain everything clearly, and all ensure I feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. We even laugh during appointments, something I never thought I’d say about the dentist! The practice is warm, modern, and high-tech. The waiting room sofa is amazing, and the dental chairs are the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in. Chronic pain? No more discomfort, it’s like sitting on a cloud. Don’t like mint? No problem, plain mouthwash is offered. They work with you, never against you. Direct WhatsApp access to reception and the dentist makes communication stress-free. Questions, anxiety, or sudden pain? They respond quickly and personally. On one occasion, they even provided a custom 3D-printed mouthguard within a couple of hours to help my jaw relax in an emergency. This practice is perfect for children, autistic patients, anyone with dental phobia, disabilities, or anyone seeking exceptional, trustworthy care. They don’t just fix teeth, they restore trust in dentistry. One tooth two other dentists wanted extracted? Still in place and looking better than ever. Oh! And best yet, they use rubber dams during treatment. Life changer. No more bits or water spraying in your mouth. Stuart, Millie, Alana, I truly love you guys ♥️
