They do not pick up your calls, but on the rare occasions when they do, the receptionist pretends to not hear you speak and hangs up. Absolutely outrageous, especially when their phone number was given by the 111 services for emergency cases

My warm thanks both to the dentist Dr Milena for an excellent consultation this morning and to the hygienist Bhwanna for her careful, immaculate work. Dr Milena is wonderful - she took care to check for lumps and bumps around my neck and jaw. She took a photo of an affected tooth and showed me on-screen, clearly explaining the pros and cons of my treatment options as well as giving me valuable feedback on gum health. I felt confidence in her and felt in good hands. I will be back to her for treatment. Bhwanna was welcoming, responsive and cleaned my teeth excellently. She gave some very helpful inputs. She understood when I needed to pause sometimes and accommodated me beautifully. I highly recommend both Dr Milena and Bhwanna - I can almost say I enjoyed going to the dentist and certainly feel gratitude for the professionalism and care I received! Thanks also to the reception team who are also fantastic !
