Reception were excellent here friendly and very efficient especially as an appointment had to be rebooked due to illness. I had 3 root treatments with Dr Ali who was excellent. Pain free and he was very professional and reassuring in his manner. The treatment had to go to two sessions as he took his time, which I found reassuring. I was not aware I would need three and had not been told after my scan this was the case prior to the appointment. I suspect some people on a tight budget would have liked to know this prior to the treatment and how much it was going to cost (nearly £3000). I also asked for a copy of my scan and the report. Dr Ali arranged with the manager for me to have this on 2 occasions but I am yet to receive it. Management lost you a star. But generally I would highly recommend Dr Ali.

I have been very happy with the treatment, in particular my latest implants but one star off for the confusing information from reception where they gave me a sheet of paper regarding extractions! This was not helpful and even when I contacted them about it they said this was what they gave out for implant patients but I did not agree, there is so much more to it than that.

Excellent treatment by the hygienist Jemiyah Reeves. She is very friendly and extremely thorough in the cleaning. I don’t usually like going to the hygienist but today I really enjoyed the treatment. She is very gentle aswell I would definitely recommend jemiyah for all your hygienist treatment

Had a positive experience, Ollie who took my scan was very good, he explained everything thoroughly and the receptionist was very helpful too.
