I love the Smile clinic. The reception staff are very polite and very helpful. Arranging appointments is no problem and they always try to find a time that suits you perfectly. You will be reminded by txt and email so you don’t miss your appointment. I saw the hygienist, Laura, today and she always totally puts you at your ease. Laura is funny, sweet and at the same time very professional and does a great job. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I can not thank Dr Rana Al-Falaki enough. I used to dread going to the dentist but after years of dental anxiety and the creeping fear of losing even more teeth, I had lost all hope and was on the verge of coming to terms of having to live with dentures but following a referral by dental hygienist I decided on having a consultation with Dr Rana Al-Falaki as it was my last chance before losing my teeth. I was pleasantly surprised as I finally found a dentist in Dr Al-Falaki who combines exceptional skill with genuine warmth. From the moment I stepped into her clinic, I felt reassured - she not only restored my confidence but quite literally saved my remaining teeth. She took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her approach is both professional and deeply compassionate. Thanks to her expertise, I can eat and smile again with my own teeth. That alone feels like a miracle. But even more life-changing? I can finally eat without pain. For the first time in ages, meals aren’t a source of dread—they’re a joy again. The constant discomfort I’d grown used to has faded, and I feel like I’ve got my life back. The clinic is modern, spotless, and welcoming, and the team reflects the same high standards of care and kindness. If you’re looking for a dentist who’s not only brilliant at what she does but also truly cares, Dr Rana Al-Falaki is the one. I have no hesitation in recommending her to my friends and colleagues.
