All the staff are very welcoming, committed and highly skilled. A team to be treasured! I suffered with a cracked tooth with associated abscess beneath, causing swelling and pain. All the staff have been extremely helpful. Top marks and huge thanks for a wonderful service. I had a hole in my tooth which felt as though it could be used as a garage for a small car! With great skill, Dr Arsalan Saeed Khan carried out the repair pain free and with excellent care. Huge thanks.

it’s not often you feel compelled to write a review about a dentist, especially when a trip to one usually means paying money to receive pain in one way or another! I’ve previously visited two other dental practices in Staplehurst and, unfortunately, found the experiences to be either poor or simply very expensive. So, my expectations were fairly low when I arranged to see another dentist after developing a severe toothache on Friday, 24th October. From the very first phone call, though, my experience with The Bower Dental Practice was excellent. I rang up saying, “Help, I’m in pain, is there any chance I can see someone today?” and the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful. She arranged an emergency appointment for me late that same afternoon. When I arrived, still a little apprehensive, the reception team were once again friendly and reassuring. After completing my forms, I was taken in to see Dr. Arsalan Khan, who examined and X-rayed my teeth before explaining his findings clearly. The verdict: I needed a root canal, not exactly the news you want to hear on a Friday afternoon! The earliest available appointment was the 7th of November, which I accepted and went home to rest. However, within 15 minutes of leaving, I received a call from the receptionist saying they’d had a cancellation and could fit me in on Monday, 27th October at 2:20pm, meaning I only had to cope through the weekend. When I returned on Monday, I was dreading the root canal, but I can honestly say I didn’t experience any pain at all. Dr. Khan was incredibly attentive, checking every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. The entire procedure took just over an hour and was completely stress-free. I’m writing this review 24 hours later, and I can honestly say it’s been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve even booked an appointment with the hygienist this Friday to finally start getting back on top of my dental health. What a truly outstanding experience, from the reception team through to Dr. Khan’s professional and caring approach. I couldn’t recommend The Bower Dental Practice more highly. Absolutely first class.

I lost part of a tooth while travelling and feared I’d need an implant. Dr. Hamed and the nurse were so gentle, caring, and professional — in just minutes they performed what felt like a small miracle, rebuilding my tooth beautifully. The reception staff were equally kind and sympathetic. The whole team is wonderful, and the treatment was far more affordable than I expected. Highly recommended!

Great outstanding dentists. You can't find better and more gentle one in the area. So 5 star for them. 1 star for the older blond receptionist for her weird attitude and makes you feel bad and so uncomfortable there whats the last thing you want especially in that kind of places. I always say if your not happy with your job go and sell potato by the road not be the "house face".

I woke up with blood in my mouth from a sore tooth, and I managed to get an appointment within a couple of hours they removed my tooth as it had split, I had to go back later that day because there was a slight bit of bleeding witch was rectified straight away. All together, a great service would certainly recommend.
