I have been coming here for a few years now, and I am always so impressed with the wonderful services provided by the entire team. From the moment you walk in, you get a warm welcome from Cherie at the desk, who is lovely and can answer any question you have. The environment is consistently exceptionally clean and has that reassuringly clinical fresh smell whenever I visit. It is also incredibly reassuring that the clinicians are medical professionals, and their credentials are prominently displayed, this gives me total confidence in the high standard of care I receive. For my recent Botox experience, I felt completely reassured and comfortable asking any questions during my prescription appointment with Abby. Then, Naomi made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease while administering the injections. The availability of a free top up a few weeks later was also a great benefit. The nurses, Becky and Ellie, were extremely comforting throughout my appointments. It’s an all round outstanding experience with a lovely environment and even lovelier staff. I would definitely recommend!!

Over time I’ve had teeth straightening, whitening, and composite bonding — and most recently a reduce and recover — and every experience has been absolutely amazing. The whole team are so friendly and professional, they instantly put you at ease. The booking process is always quick and easy too, which makes everything stress-free from start to finish. Abby has worked wonders straightening my teeth, and Naomi’s eye for detail with composite bonding is incredible — she’s truly an artist! Cherie and her entire team are just fabulous. I booked a consultation but the experience from the start was disorganised. Multiple staff were messaging me at once, making the booking process unnecessarily confusing. I was very understanding when they explained they were short-staffed. However, when I emailed to reschedule, I received no response until the following day — and was then told I’d lose my £20 deposit because my email was 90 minutes outside their 72-hour policy. Considering their own delay in replying, this felt incredibly petty and unprofessional. A reputable clinic would have shown some goodwill, especially given the booking chaos to begin with. Instead, they’ve lost a potential client over £20. Very disappointing.
