I needed to have two teeth extracted today. Due to a traumatic experience when I was a young child I have always been terrified of dental work, so I was very scared. The dentist and their assistant were so patient with me, they listened and calmed me down. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all and the tooth extractions went well. Thank you so much Croft. I'm hopeful I will be more relaxed at my next appointment.

I had to go there for emergency dentist, not being registered any more. I've never had a filling, always looked after my teeth, but now at 45 had pain in 1st molar tooth top right of my mouth. she gave me a temporary filling which was fine to be honest. But 2 hours later, I sucked air in to my mouth and it shot right thru that tooth causing severe pain. when I phoned up, initially she said there was nothing she could do but could give me antibiotics. I said I didn't really want them but I'd pop up for them anyway but I'd like to speak to her. they said if she had time i could. Anyway I went in spoke to her, she looked in my mouth and said she was going to put more filling on the tooth, on a different area of the tooth. No needle for the pain. it was a few minutes of 10 out of 10 pain whilst she performed it.If a child had that treatment they would have cried their eyes out and 100 percent been scared of dentist for life. I don't understand why I didn't have a needle before the treatment after I had come back up there with severe pain in the tooth just from breathing in air.

I was pleasantly suprised, after moving back to Merthyr from Burton on Trent, I’ve waited 9yrs to find an NHS Dentist! Lovely friendly staff! Went for a check up! They put me at ease straight away, and discussed options! Feel really blessed to have found a nice dentist! And will feel really at ease for my next apt for some treatment 😊

There is a reason hardly anyone in Aberdare has either heard of, goes to, or recommends this place. From the outside, it looks like one of those disheveled houses that builders use to store goods or that the local Scouts group frequent. To my astonishment, the front door actually opened into what is a pleasant reception. This was when the fun started. The receptionist didn't have a clue what she talking about. She had no idea on available appointments, treatment prices, payment plans etc. etc. It was as if she was two days into the job and constantly instructed me to read the price list on the wall. Avoid.

Very amazing dentist, had my tooth taken out and he calmed me down and made sure that I was okay after I had it out, highly recommend for people that don’t like going dentists he’s amazing he will talking to you all way through

Always so helpful happy and friendly. The work they all do is first class and always puts you at ease trust me I was petrified to go to the Dentist now I wouldn't call it a pleasure but happy ish to go. Very experienced staff and Dentist himself. Keep up the good work 👏

Got in for an emergency appointment for an extraction, the dentist did not have good experience with extractions and cracked the tooth many times, I was left with two exposed roots which were successfully extracted by a different surgery

I rang first thing in the morning to book an emergency appointment and the staff were kind enough to move slots in order to book me in. The staff were friendly and dentist was informative and helpful. He did an amazing job filling in my tooth. It looks natural
