After having an awful experience when I was younger with root canal treatment, I was petrified to the stage I requested the dentist removed my tooth instead. Leanne (dentist) persuaded me to save the tooth. It was painless- so pleased I listened to her advice. With Bethany nursing with such kindness and reassurance, they did a fantastic job. Thank you so much. The whole team at the Croft Dental Practice are 2nd to none.

I was about 6 mins late to an appointment,spent 4 mins in the queue at reception behind and elderly gentleman,and they cancelled my appointment,that was nice of them as I am self employed and lost a day of wages.I have been going to this dentist practice since I was a child and this is a dentist I have not had before.Very harsh and I am not happy.And following this the manager 'leanne' sent me emails in the evening informing me I was no longer welcome at the practice,good as I would not have returned.Awful woman,awful treatment of people.Previous to this change of management was always a good dentist practice over 4 decades and different dentists never had a problem before.I was accused of being aggressive and abusive which is an absolute lie,I was obviously annoyed but an easy accusation to make at me as I was annoyed that the appointment was a waste of time/money and petrol.This practice is now not worth the time of day,I got the impression it was pandemonium in there and the receptionist could not cope from the first appointment.GOOD RIDDANCE

After a disappointing experience at another practice in Bury St Edmunds (who claimed to be NHS but quoted £800 for a crown!), a friend thankfully referred me to Leanne at The Croft Dental Practice in Sudbury. What a difference! Leanne was absolutely brilliant - professional, thorough, and reassuring. She quickly identified that I only needed a filling, not the expensive crown I'd been quoted elsewhere. The treatment was completed efficiently and expertly for just £27 - the proper NHS rate. Leanne explained everything clearly, the procedure was completed in about 30 minutes, and I felt completely at ease throughout. The whole team deserves praise - from the welcoming receptionist to the helpful dental assistant, everyone was friendly and professional. I'm delighted to be registering both myself and my son as patients here. It's such a relief to find genuine NHS dental care with staff who clearly care about their patients' wellbeing rather than just profit. Thank you to the entire team at The Croft - you've restored my faith in NHS dentistry!

Always gone above and beyond to make me and my daughters feel comfortable, adapting to what suits them when examining them. Have had crowns, fillings, extractions, and more. My partner has also had an implant via here. We have always been very happy with our experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
