I can’t thank the staff enough, my top wisdom tooth crumbled and I called and got an appointment, I have an extreme phobia of the dentist but I got there, in tears waiting but the ladies who extracted my tooth were amazing. They were so understanding and let me go at my own pace. Amazing service would highly recommend!

Had a 111 assessment the day before and got told no appointments and to call at 10am the next morning. Call at 10am can't even get in the queue, go through the automated service to be told all lines are busy and call back later and the line cuts off. Eight times I had to call before I got into the queue and was still 29th in the queue. One hour later I finally get to speak to someone and again no appointments! What an absolute waste of time. I will wait for my own dentist to open on Monday and try and get an emergency appointment with them. My tooth has got a lot worse over the hours. Hardly an emergency service.

Could not thank them enough. Made what I thought was going to be a traumatic experience (of getting my tooth extracted) to be a pretty pleasant one (as much as an extraction could have been). Receptionist, dentist and assistant were all so lovely and helpful and I could not have been put more at ease!

Ive just been for a tooth extraction..if anyone of the dental surgeons are reading this I'm the one who bit you by accident when you clotted my mouth..I'm so sorry I don't make a habit of bighting people. Thank you so so much for a relaxing service.i have been terrified of dentists since I was 12 and had brace fittings. Honeslty these guys are ALL so relaxing to be around you forget your even in a dentists,right down to the reception staff who greet you and talk to you. Thank you x

I’ve had 3 lots of infections over the last 3months , I’ve seen 3 separate dentists at the hospital dental dept- I was treated with respect and care as if I was a private patient! Couldn’t want for better service from all involved ,even though it was an emergency appt each time I cannot fault the nhs service given to me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
