Reception staff lovely and polite, but the building is certainly not equipped for disabled people with 4 flights of stairs up and another 4 flights back down again. I realise the building is very old and possibly not suitable for a conventional lift,but could surely make life a lot easier for disabled people with a stair lift system .

Today I brought my 8 yr old granddaughter for a filling & tooth extraction .. they were brilliant with her kept her calm & hold her hand. For my grandaugters 1st positive experience this memory will hopefully stay with her through to adulthood. Would definitely recommend 👌

Lovely welcoming receptionist made me feel at ease. I am petrified of the dentist but the ladies were wonderful. They knew I was nervous. I can honestly say I did not feel a thing. The tooth was out in minutes. No pain whatsoever. 10 out 10. If you're frightened of dentists this is the place for you. No waiting around I was in straight away and they talked me through everything they were doing. Amazing ladies thankyou. I cannot praise you enough.

Dentist must be under new management. Had a check up. And the phoned me to cancel it saying I need to wait over 2 months before coming in again. Filling me full of rubbish excuses. I did my own research and found out it actually because if they treatment is of the same value or less. My appointment would of been for free. The new manager is clearly a wrong un. Will be putting in a complaint with the NHS as well.
