5 five stars doesn't seem enough. Took my elderly father today to get his denture adjusted after a tooth extraction. They are so professional here. My dad uses a wheelchair and there is access at the back from the car park. Hannah had been very polite and nothing was to much trouble as she organised the appointment. Elhana was so kind to dad who was nervous but she put him at ease. They were both very patient and by 13.30 the same day his dentures were ready. It was actually 13.00 as they finished the dentures early and called me to say I could collect them early. The place was spotless and easy to find with thier own private car park at the rear from Depot road. If you want high quality dentures or any denture work done please call them they were brilliant. Thank you.

After 5yrs of suffering ill fitting dentures (2 upper and 2 lower sets) supplied by my dentist, following a consultation at Guy's Hospital Periorthodondics, I decided to see Nigel at The Denture Shop to make the dentures prescribed by Guy's. Nigel had already repaired two sets of fractured upper dentures (his work was recommended by my dentist!) and I had faith in his abilities. My initial consultation with Nigel was extensive and he patiently explained all my options with clarity, so when we finally decided which was best longterm, I confidently appointed him to provide both upper and lower dentures for me. He liaised with me to organise my visits around my existing commitments and at every step of the way, I knew exactly what to expect. Since it was such a struggle to eat with my old dentures, and as a result was regularly suffering from mouth ulcers and infections, Nigel was sometimes seeing me twice a week, in order to expedite the necessary work. Consequently, in half the time it took for my dentist to provide me with abysmal dentures, I was delighted to receive ones which are a perfect fit and no longer am I a slave to dental appliance adhesive! Without exaggeration, my life has changed and my confidence to go out for a meal without being embarrassed, has returned, all thanks to Nigel, his outstanding skills and professionalism. If required, he is always available for aftercare, and I have no hesitation in highly recommending him. Nigel's daughter, Elhana offers professional support to her father, so clients have the additional security of being cared for by a cohesive family team. Anyone who is looking for outstanding care in the private sector, need look no further than The Denture Shop.
