🌟 Grateful for the exceptional dental care and human kindness of Dr. Usamah Khalid 🌟 I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but the care I received from Dr. Usamah Khalid today has truly moved me — and I feel I must share it so others can benefit as I have. After several days of increasing, unbearable pain in multiple teeth, I was feeling hopeless. I had already tried another dental clinic in my town where I was treated with complete coldness and no empathy, even while I was clearly suffering and begging for help. Not only did they refuse to help unless I registered (which involved expensive fees), but they also refused to register me and offered no solutions. I left in tears, desperate and still in pain. That night, despite the high cost of most emergency clinics, I kept searching — and finally, I came across this clinic in Feltham. I left a voicemail around 4 a.m., not even sure anyone would respond. To my surprise, Dr. Usamah himself called me back first thing on a Sunday morning and offered me an emergency appointment the same day. He was warm, understanding, and incredibly flexible when I had to reschedule due to a home delivery. He patiently worked around my situation and made me feel truly cared for — even though I was a completely new patient calling in distress. When I arrived, the receptionist was equally kind and welcoming. I was then seen by Dr. Usamah, who confirmed I had multiple cavities, one of which required either a root canal or extraction. I explained my financial situation, and he was so honest and compassionate. Instead of pressuring me into an expensive treatment plan, he focused only on what was urgent to stop the pain, and even advised that I could seek more affordable options elsewhere for the rest of the work — or even in my home country. But after today’s experience, I’ve already decided I will come back to him for the rest of the treatment — even if it means travelling to another city. That’s how trustworthy, empathetic and professional he is. He listened to everything I had to say, explained every option with patience and clarity, and made me feel calm and safe at a time I was full of stress, fear and pain. Dr. Usamah Khalid is a rare kind of professional — someone with true human warmth, integrity, and skill. I cannot thank him enough, and I will absolutely recommend him to everyone I know. If you’re in pain or struggling to find a dentist who really cares, please don’t hesitate to go here. I’m incredibly grateful I did.

I needed an emergency tooth extraction on Sunday, and I was booked with Dr. Usamah Khalid. He welcomed me in a friendly matter, and after the examination he professionally explained to me how he will proceed further. There was a risk of complications, but thanks to his extremely good skills everything went smooth and a week later I have fully recovered. He speaks multiple languages, so even if the patient struggles with English, they might have a chance to communicate in their mother language. Highly recommended, Dr. Usamah Khalid is a gem!

I rang on Monday got out of hours appointment with Aaron, he was very friendly made me feel very comfortable I then rang him again on Wednesday as my crown had come out again he kindly saw me again Wednesday evening with no charge and sorted the problem for me. Highly recommend him!!. Very much appreciated

Awful experience. I was in so much pain so I decided to have an emergency appointment with them as its not far from home. Upon arriving we were told to move our car so when the dentist comes, he/she can have a space. One that's very disrespectful towards customers as there's no sign to say dentist only, it's advertised as free parking on their website. Second the receptionist finally came after buzzing twice, where she said we should park in cineworld or aldi. I was in too much pain to go & walk back as the area isn't very safe to walk in the dark as a female. The receptionist didn't care if you are in pain or not & wasn't friendly one bit. When I said il go then , her response was do you need toilet ? I obviously said no & left. Would not recommend one bit

Awful dentist that firstly overcharged for an emergency appointment and then tried to badger me into getting a tooth extracted that did not need removing. Also wanted to charge £95 to write me a prescription for an antibiotic, absolute rip off. Would definitely not recommend this dentist!!!

Was seen today very professional service decided with extraction in the end everything was explained and was reassured and explained through out procedure. Highly recommend .Will be using in future for all family
