The treatment I received was brilliant, absolute wreck when I go to the dentist but Sam was patient, kind and caring. The tooth extraction was painless. He filled a tooth for my husband a few days later and he said it was the best treatment he’s ever had. Lovely lady on the reception could not fault it.

I phoned Trefynwy today as I was in some pain with a broken tooth, the receptionist was very kind talking me through pain killers to take . She explained that I wasn’t an emergency but she would put me on their cancellation list . Two hours later they rang to say if I could get there quickly I could be seen. Again the receptionist was helpful. I then saw Mrs Cronin and the dental nurse , the atmosphere was relaxed (just what I needed) and both ladies were kind and gentle. I got in my car to travel home and looked in the mirror at my tooth , I couldn’t believe my eyes my tooth was completely white ( no black filling ) . Thank you Mrs Cronin.

After my dentist had become private I didnt know if I was going to get a dentist. Trefynwy dental practise accepted me right away. I have had a few problems with my teeth after not having a check up for years due to covid. Trefynwy have fitted me in for appointments and resolved these issues. The thing that sets them apart from my previous dentist is that they really do listen and asked enough questions to quickly identify the cause of pain and provide treatment. The staff are so friendly and I usually feel very anxious going to the dentist but the kindness of the staff has gotten rid of that anxiety. Highly recommend! 5/5

I had a tooth extraction today after they tried their best to save the tooth, Mr Cronin explained everything from start to finish and the assistant was very interactive. I can actually say the procedure was painless which is very unusual. Thank you for a very professional experience 5 stars !!
