Nearly 50 years going to toner I feel this practice needs shut the appointments are all too overcrowded your time is always at least an hr wait I've been i. 2 hrs just for minor things. Sorry it's gone this wY but since Muirhead retired it's an absolute joke calling is pointless you never get an answer you can't get i to the practice until your stuck outside chapping the letterbox which I find embarrassing. The reception staff are mainly useless because toner doesn't work well with others. I'm going f to another dentist and hopefully get the treatment I need not what he decides is going to make him the most money

Been going here for years. you have to wait at least an hour before being seen for your given appointment time the previous time I had to wait 2 hours before he even seen me and he didn’t do the tooth that I wanted so I could get out sooner as I complained how long I’ve been waiting so I had to reschedule for the tooth that I originally booked for I waited an hour…. asked how much longer I would have to wait and decided to leave after I was told don’t know. No concern for anyones time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Mr Tonner is an excellent Dentist. Made me feel at ease and informed me step by step of the procedure which was pain free. His staff were friendly and efficient and the premises were very clean and the procedures room was spotless. Excellent service.

I have been attending this practice for many, many years when Mr Muir was there but since he has retired I feel that v the practice is not as efficient as it was previously. There is no response to phone calls, no return to voicemails and when I did attend there was no receptionist. There was a delivery at the time I attended and the driver said that it was the worst condition he had experienced. I don’t know what is going on but it appears to be going downhill rapidly. This is a sad condition since I have never had any issues with this practice until now.

It’s now the 21st of August & I’ve been trying to phone this surgery since the 7th of August. Been going to this dentist my entire life & suddenly now I’m pregnant & entitled to free dental treatment, they aren’t answering the phone or responding to messages? Stupid level of discrimination & will be escalating this to the Scottish dental authority. Further action will be taken against this surgery should pregnancy cause any permanent damage to my teeth. What has happened to this once wonderful surgery?

Hope nobody needs to phone because you will never get an answer.I phoned 72 times in one week,not once did I get an answer or call back to the few messages I left. I was later told by a staff member that the phones are switched to silent..you will have to stand at the door,knock loads and hope someone answers. You also have to give 24hr notice if you cannot attend,which is fair enough,but when no-one answers the phone or the door or listens to the messages,there is no way to do this.Very sad to see and feel the decline of this once great, dental practice. If I could go somewhere else I would but according to NHS,Dr toner has a duty of care which sadly he cannot give just himself,and trying to get another dentist is proving impossible.

one of the best dentists in west lothian and no other dentist compares to this man with over 40 years experience to call on he will have you out of pain in a jiffy, the staff are very nice.
