Google gave me the contact of the clinic while looking for an orthodontist. I told the receptionist that’s what I was looking for, to fix my teeth, didn’t want anything else but see what were my options. I was given the appointment for the next morning, which means I don’t have the option to cancel and get my deposit back either way. I then found out they don’t offer any orthodontist services, so I wasted my money. I told the receptionist I wasn’t in any pain and there’s nothing wrong with my teeth just needed to fix them. I guess they give 24h appointments to keep the money.

Despite using Tooth now for a number of years, I have now gone for an alternative given the problems I recently experienced with my new retainers. My fault for not enquiring specifics and not asking for clarification on their ‘treatment plan’ which showed 2 x retainers in the paperwork. All other places I had enquired would do 3 sets for around £400 and they would be Invisalign which is what I had been asking for Turns out they charge £170 PER retainer (top and then bottom) hence I ended up paying £340 for a single set and they are NOT Invisalign (again I had asked for this brand and, despite being marked in the ‘plan’, this wasn’t made clear during conversation, until I got to try them and realised how different and clunky they are). Not only that, but the top was not right so it had to be redone. Took about two months and heard nothing until I took my son for a check up and they said ‘we sent a WhatsApp’ which had gone into unknown spam and I hadn’t seen it Very unhappy - I never wanted a random brand of retainers (essix as I now understand) in the first place and didn’t want to waste so much time and money on a single set My current dentist sells Essix for £99!!!! I can’t believe how much money I wasted. How stupid I was !? Also worth remembering that two years ago during cleaning my wire got detached. I had to get it fixed and they charged for it, saying it wasn’t the hygienist fault. Earlier this year I had a gum infection and the dentist I saw suggested a full re- root canal ‘just in case’ (didn’t happen of course) Shame because the staff are lovely and very friendly but it would be difficult to go back now and trust Tooth.

Great dental clinic on a nice street within a short walk from the station. The receptionists, dentists and nurses were knowledgeable and friendly, and my checkups, consultation and xrays were all handled quickly on the same day.

I found tooth on google because I had 3 chipped teeth. I left an inquiry online and received a reply via email within the hour and also managed to book a consultation too!! Anyway, I tried Tooth London after trying to get my NHS dentist to fix my teeth (they did an awful job by the way). ToothLondon fixed my teeth back to perfection. They have lots of specialist apparatus and treat you like a celebrity!! Dr Ana K is such a perfectionist. I think I actually told her that I lover her!!! Thank you tooth London. I have booked my Diamond clean for next week!! Totally recommend ToothLondon to ANYBODY for ANYTHING!! Thank you Dr Ana K!!!
