My feedback is directed mainly at the clinic’s front-desk staff. I understand that anyone can have an worst day, but the receptionists seemed so preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves that they had neither the time to answer my questions about the clinic’s services nor to inform me about the one-hour delay. I don’t think this should happen, because although the doctor turned out to be highly professional, the experience still left an unpleasant aftertaste. I believe it would be helpful to show the ladies how their colleagues in Croydon handle their work.

I had a consultation at Top Medical Clinic with Dr. Magdalena Fiolna (Gynaecologist) and was very impressed with the whole experience. The receptionist was extremely polite and kind, which made me feel welcome right away. Dr. Fiolna was outstanding – highly professional, with excellent communication and explanation skills. She took the time to listen and made everything clear and easy to understand. I felt very comfortable and well looked after. Thank you very much – I highly recommend this clinic!

I'm giving it one star because... I was waiting for an appointment with an endocrinologist, who, as it turned out, had gone on long vacation, canceling all scheduled appointments... which I think, as a doctor, he should have made because, as we know, such appointments don't last long... I waited with great hope 🙄, hoping for help, but as you can see, not every doctor is a true vocation... The lady I spoke with was very kind, for which I am grateful.

Mrs. Olga Gonta is a very good doctor who gives you the necessary time you need and explains everything in a way that each patient can understand. I am very satisfied and I gladly return to her office when needed...and the girls at the reception are very nice! I highly recommend her.

Dr Olga Gonta is so professional, she did the ultrasound scans carefully and patiently explained the baby growth signs, I have seen her 3 times during my first trimester, she prescribed me the medicine I needed and gave me reassurance. I will recommend her to everyone.
