Never in all my years have I come across a ruder, nonchalant receptionist than at Totley Rise Dental Practice. Unhelpful, ungrateful and, as mentioned, rude. This is not my experience with the rest of the dental staff. So much so, I cancelled my appointment and have withdrawn from the practice. I will happily take my custom elsewhere.
