Doctor Ugne is the best specialist. After bad experiences, I can finally say that I found a good doctor and a good clinic with excellent staff. Doctor Ugne and her assistant Sandra are the best. The best dental experience since I was born!

visited the UK Smiles clinic in Romford and saw Dr. Spasov regarding an issue with my wisdom tooth and gum. He told me that the wisdom tooth was broken, although I had no pain in the tooth itself. I clearly stated that I wanted the tooth to be extracted, but despite that, he placed a filling instead. Once the anesthesia wore off, the tooth started to hurt badly, but I thought it might be normal. I had to take painkillers, and later the pain became even more serious – despite the fact that I had paid £210 including the X-ray. When I contacted Dr. Spasov afterward, he began to claim that he hadn’t treated the wisdom tooth, but another tooth – even though we had discussed the wisdom tooth throughout the entire appointment. I feel misled and manipulated. I was left deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, clarity, and communication. Every patient deserves attention, respect, and transparency in their treatment – not to feel like a bank card. I was also surprised when I was told to contact the doctor or the nurse directly, instead of going through the reception. This felt unprofessional and further added to the lack of clarity and transparency in communication.
