Having awful toothache for a few days -I called Ultrasmile - got an appointment straightaway, was seen by Dr.Oke Oteri who did a check-up and booked me in for a tooth extraction on the same day - I was super nervous, but I know I had to have it done - Dr.Oke Oteri was exceptional - she explained everything clearly, made me feel at ease and she extracted the tooth, talking me through each step she did, with her calm voice - before I knew it the tooth was out - she provided me with all the instructions for aftercare - I went away happy - thank you so much..

A heartfelt thank you to Dr Chia and Tahera for their exceptional professionalism and care over the past 15 months. Several dentists in Hong Kong and Italy declined to take on my case, citing its complexity and associated risks. From the outset, Dr Chia was refreshingly transparent about what to expect, including the potential imperfections post-treatment due to certain limitations. Every option was clearly explained to me throughout the process, and it was truly reassuring to be able to discuss and make informed decisions in a collaborative manner. A special mention to Tas and her team for running the practice so efficiently whilst creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a boutique hotel. Best of all, they respond to emails rather than relying solely on phone calls, a rare and much-appreciated touch by those who are perpetually stuck in meetings!
