Phoned on the Sunday morning. Was seen at 11 o'clock. Sorted out my tooth problem. The dentist and dental nurse were excellent. Can't fault it at all

Couldnt have asked for a better service ! Yes it can take a while to get through on the phones ..i waited 1.5 hours but it was so worth it. The receptionist, dental nurse and dentist were lovely and caring. Didn't feel a thing having my wisdom tooth removed.

Waited on hold for an hour to be told to ring back the next day at 8am as they had no appointments available, I have rang back and now been on hold for over an hour. Would at least like to know where I am in the queue. Very frustrating

Losing my mind trying to get an appointment. Twice I've waited an hour each time. they said they would 'call back with appointment' two different locations after chasing myself they were never made. Called and waited over an hour for the 3rd time and she hung up.

Been trying to get through has I have mild swelling to my face and can't get through even the paramedic at my doctors tryied to get throught to them

I've tried for the past week now I've got an infected wisdom tooth and it's so pain full but they just don't answer I'm not happy and tbh I have no dentist so these people need to pull there arses in gear and answer the phones

Telephoned twice, long wait, finally pressed 1 on both occasions to get a call back and nothing happened. Terrible service for NHS!
