I would like to express my sincere satisfaction with the Victoria Clinic in Manchester, where I am a regular patient seeing various specialists. I consistently find the professionalism, empathy, and assistance provided by the receptionists, dentists, doctors, and all other staff members to be exceptional. Last year, I experienced significant pain due to a tooth issue, which led me to become a patient of Dr. Izabela Turek. She recommended implantology treatment, and she thoroughly explained the procedure, helping to alleviate any stress I felt about the change. This September, the treatment was successfully completed. I am now free from pain, and the implant is so seamlessly integrated that it is indistinguishable from my natural teeth. I wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Clinic and Dr. Turek to anyone considering implantology treatment.

I had an assessment for my 10 year old son earlier in the year and was told I would receive a follow up. I haven’t received anything at all. I’ve phoned numerous times, can’t get through and am unable to leave a message. I’ve emailed the team which have either been ignored or received a reply to apologise and it will be looked into… then don’t get a response. I took time off work, took my son out of school, paid for an assessment and it was all a waste of time. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Hello everyone, if your children are afraid of the dentist, I recommend sedation treatments. My son is terribly afraid of the dentist. We visited Ms. Orla Mannion, and she has a very good approach. My son was reluctant at first, but after talking to her, he agreed, and it went very well. I recommend Ms. Orla.

Unfortunately, I had a blepharoplasty procedure done at this clinic and, despite being assured that the results would be satisfactory, I believe I have wasted my money, as there is no visible difference. Another specialist has confirmed that the procedure was performed incorrectly. Dr Katarzyna insists that, in her opinion, the result is “great” and sees no issue. When I explained that this is not the outcome I expected, she suggested a brow lift or threads, which she never mentioned before the surgery – nor did she inform me that additional treatments would be needed to see a full effect. As a result, I have lost money, time, and peace of mind, with no possibility of a refund. I am very disappointed and, unfortunately, cannot recommend this clinic. Unfortunately, I had blepharoplasty performed in this clinic and, despite assurances that the effect would be satisfactory, I believe that I lost my money because there was no difference. Another specialist confirmed that the procedure was performed incorrectly. Dr. Katarzyna claims that she thinks the results are "superb" and sees no problem. When I told her they weren't what I expected, she suggested a brow lift or threading, which she didn't mention before the procedure—nor that they would be necessary to achieve the full effect. As a result, I wasted money, time, and frustration, with no way to get a refund. I am very disappointed and absolutely do not recommend this clinic.

My son underwent a procedure with sedation this morning with Orla. She was absolutely fantastic with him and took the time to explain what would happy every step of the way. Orla made my son feel very comfortable and even told a story the whole way through the procedure. All the staff at Victoria Clinic are wonderfully helpful and caring. I cannot recommend the clinic highly enough.

My experience with Victoria Clinic and Kat Pinnington was 5 stars! I couldn't have asked for a more caring and professional surgeon. All of my appointments were on time which seems to be a rare occurrence these days and I imagine would be important for those coming from a bit further away. Just excellent!
