Reception staff on the NHS side was quite passive aggressive and dismissive, followed by a full on rude dentist and his assistant who was quiet and deliberately creating a very unwelcoming vibe with a tense atmosphere. What a horrible place. Funny enough the non NHS section is lovely and people talk to you with kindness as if you a human. NHS section is vibey - its like they have created this vibe for “poorer” people intentionally to make them feel like peasants.
