I’ve been to Wisdom Dental a few times for hygienist appointments and had nothing but good experiences. In August, I had a last minute emergency prior to my backpacking trip where a portion of my composite bonding on my front tooth had chipped. I’d had my original bonding done in London but the team at Wisdom Dental stepped in and kindly agreed to fix it last minute. Unfortunately less than a week later, the bonding chipped again just days into my trip. I understand that these things can happen but, of course, it’s frustrating when you spend £100 on a treatment that hasn’t been effective or long-lasting. I reached out via email to Wisdom dental for guidance in August and have followed up twice with no response. The team were all so kind and helpful when I was there so I’m really shocked to have received no support whatsoever from them now. I feel I have no choice but to leave this review to warn others of this experience since I’m now in the middle of my backpacking trip with no guidance from the dentist to help me ensure no further damage to my tooth. It is a real shame as I enjoyed being a customer there previously but, based on this experience, I would be put off returning.

Had a great Airflow hygiene appointment with Nina. I’ve always hated hygiene appointments but Nina was so lovely, made me feel at ease - best of all, I didn’t feel a thing! Dare I say, it was an enjoyable experience?? My teeth feel so clean and Nina gave me some great tips to maintain great oral hygiene in between appointments. Also, special thanks to Rachel, Practice Manager who was at the front desk, super friendly and didn’t mind me asking questions on Invisalign.
