Saw Hannah recently for a hygiene appointment and she was fantastic! 10 months ago I had a private hygiene appointment at a different practice and I just can’t compare at all. I didn’t feel rushed, everything was explained to me and received great advice on how to improve my care for my teeth. You really do get what you pay for! So relieved to have found Wistaria! Fantastic service, amazing team, and fear of the dentist finally overcome! After several bad and painful experiences with an NHS practice, I was petrified of even getting checked up, and left it a good 10 years before finally seeking out Wistaria. Embarrasingly, I cried hopelessly through the whole of my new patient appointment but the whole team was incredibly kind and patient with me. In the last year, I have had a lot of work done with Nuria and can honestly say that I feel incredibly well looked after, and no longer dread appointments or treatment. Each filling i've had feels and looks completely natural, and fits perfectly when I bite (unlike ones I had at my previous practice!). Nuria always makes sure i'm pain-free throughout, even though I can be a little oversensitive and numbing me up usually requires more anaesthetic and extra time - this is definitely a kindness I never experienced at the dentist before, as I often had to bite my old dentist to stop him hurting me when I couldn't cope anymore! Credit to them, I've been an awkward patient, tricky to numb up, nervous, with the additional spanner of becoming pregnant halfway through my treatment plan! I can't say how brave i'll be if anything ever turns out to be more than a filling, but I trust Nuria and the nursing team completely. The whole Wistaria team are wonderful, friendly, and professional and I think they're stuck with me for life now as I would never be brave/stupid enough to go back to another practice, private or otherwise! Couldn't care less about paying private prices when you get this level of care. It's your health at the end of the day. It really is noticably better service, treatment, materials and overall experience and not expensive considering the price of consumables, medications, and staff expertise. They were also super helpful and understanding when times got a bit tougher and I needed to switch to a credit plan, which has been a godsend! Thank you Wistaria! Would give 6 starts if I could, can't recommend Wistaria House highly enough. I'm an extremely nervous patient due to previous bad experiences and everyone at Wistaria has made going to the dentist so much easier and manageable. Michelle in reception always welcomes you with a warm smile and instantly puts you at ease, Dr Paris and Catlin are both amazing, always taking their time to explain everything that's happening during treatment & are really friendly and welcoming, the absolute best around! I really can't thank them enough!

Everyone I’ve met at the practice has been super friendly. Form the ladies on reception to Hannah my hygienist, Jess, a dental nurse. Few people like going to the dentist but the staff and service at Wistaria house are all highly professional and make it easy. Very clear instructions and procedures. I had 2 fillings carried out they we so efficient and painless that I fell asleep on the chair. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend
