Absolutely APPALLING! My 15 year old son has been left with his braces hanging off in lots of pain for weeks and weeks. Doing his exams. You have to call up every morning for an appointment and every single time it's the same thing. On hold forever and then there's no spaces or the dentist isn't in. Do NOT take your children here. They'll be completely neglected.

As a medical professional myself, I am shocked by the level of negligence, lack of clinical judgment, and poor communication I experienced under the care of Dr Georgios Nikolis at Amazing Teeth/Dental works Wrexham. Over the course of several months, I received multiple treatments at this clinic – including extractions, sinus lift, implants, and crown work. Despite paying over £5,000, the results were unacceptable and caused long-term damage: Implants were placed without proper informed consent, during an appointment supposedly scheduled for extractions only. Crowns were forced into place despite visibly poor fit, resulting in soft tissue trauma, bleeding gums, and chipped teeth. The gum papilla between two front teeth was destroyed, creating permanent aesthetic and functional damage. A poorly fitted crown on LR7 likely led to root canal failure, as confirmed by another dental specialist. Communication was poor and dismissive, and when concerns were raised, I was met with indifference and deflection. I had to stop treatment and seek help elsewhere to repair the damage caused. The clinical errors I encountered show a lack of fundamental understanding of occlusion, prosthetic space, and soft tissue management. This is not just about dissatisfaction — it’s about patient safety and the standards we should expect from licensed professionals. I have submitted a formal complaint to the General Dental Council, which is now under review. I urge others to think twice before trusting this clinic with complex dental procedures.
