AVOID! UNPROFESSIONAL! This has been an absolutely disgraceful experience and easily one of the worst examples of patient care I have ever encountered. I urgently needed an emergency appointment for my son. The receptionist, Huda, assured me she would call at 9:00 AM the next morning after speaking with the dentist. That call never happened. I repeatedly phoned the practice, only to be met with complete silence. Not a single call was answered. When a child needs urgent care, this kind of neglect is unacceptable and deeply irresponsible. My son missed school and was left waiting for help that never came. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic professionalism is shocking. This practice has shown zero regard for patient well-being and does not deserve even one star.

I can’t even give this dentist one star because it won’t let me to post the reviews. Very rude Don’t listen to patients problems Always don’t want NHS patients Always when I go there he will ask like you still on universal credit and say we can’t do a good clean unless you pay 70 pounds . Really NHS have to get rid of this guy and this dental clinic. Please don’t use this rude man Egyptian

The dentist is so professional. The assistant dentist is very eager to help . It is all new team. Google reviews are of past . I recommend the dentist she is so pretty caring intelligent , very understanding.Contident in her skin , my experience was pain free , professionally caring, communication skills was very impressive . We need in NHS sucha dentist . Lucky to have her as my dentist .

My son and daughter had this as their dentist for nearly 3 years, they didn't heal my sons infected tooth and spoke to us extremely rudely, the experience left me extremely dissapointed

We brought my mum here after she finally regained the ability to go outside following a stroke. It was meant to be a fresh start for her dental care. Unfortunately, our experience left us very disappointed. We were late due to a cancelled Uber, which often happens because of my mum’s mobility needs. We called ahead before the appointment to explain, and the receptionist told us to still come. When we arrived, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The receptionist was distant, and the dentist told us, “We all have problems,” while pointing at another patient he included, “he has problems too”. It felt like there was no understanding of my mum’s condition or the effort it took just to attend the appointment. The surgery itself felt rundown, and there was no sense of warmth or care. Despite the dentist running behind schedule himself, our lateness was treated harshly. My mum was quiet and calm the entire time, but the way we were spoken to felt very dismissive and cold. We did not feel safe or supported in this setting, especially considering my mum’s health needs. We have taken this further through official complaint channels. I hope future patients receive more understanding and respect than we did.

Staff at the reception are quite nice , the dentist is very rude, no communication skills, very aggressive and do not make you feel welcome at all. I find him very unprofessional and unhygienic.

Staff were pleasant and friendly, but very clear Dr Ali doesn’t care much for NHS patients. He troubleshooted the problem I told him about when entering the room and has referred me for treatment elsewhere but hardly looked in my mouth for any other issues, even though I probed multiple times. He also insisted I see a hygienist and pay for it, but did no clean/scale he should be doing to cover basic treatment needs as specified should be done on NHS website. The whole dentist’s office doesn’t look great which is fine, but in terms of cleanliness I wasn’t reassured. Also a very strong smell of drains throughout the whole office which was just a bit off putting. There was a school child in the room as well and it just wasn’t addressed, no idea who he was or why he was there it was so unprofessional.

I went with my cousin and she couldn’t speak good English they mocked her and were being so rude very appalling and we will not be coming back honestly no wonder why this place has 2.2 reviews.

Really bad service , totally rubbhish, they don’t care your time and health . Firstly they cancel my appointment 16 may then they gave me another appointment 20 may , i arranged day off from work second time . At the day of appointment my time was10:00 o clock . Can u guys imagine they called at 9:53 when i was near to corner we cancel ur appointment and giving u appointment for tomorrow. Means I have to took another day off from work even I m 6 months pregnant…..
