Embarrassingly I haven’t been to a hygienist in some time and my friend recommended Zara the hygienist…..I was really surprised how important it is to go! She used a blue dye to show up where I had not been brushing or flossing properly. Zara is so informative and knowledgeable, she used this cool warm water machine called guided biofilm therapy. I got to choose what music we listened to and Zara and her team made me very relaxed and at ease something I would never have expected at the hygienist!!
