Only you and the dental practices you book with can access your health information. Your data is shared with a practice only when you book an appointment with them, to help them prepare for your visit.
You have the right to access all data we hold about you. Go to Settings > Privacy > Download My Data to request a copy of your information. We'll prepare your data and send you a secure download link within 30 days.
You can request account deletion at any time through Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, appointment history, reviews, and all associated data. The process takes up to 30 days to complete.
We collect information you provide (name, email, phone, insurance details), booking history, reviews you write, and technical data like device type and IP address for security. You can view a full breakdown in your Privacy Settings.
We only share information necessary to provide our services: with dental practices you book with, payment processors for transactions, and service providers who help us operate (all bound by strict data protection agreements). We never sell your data for marketing.
We don't store your full payment details. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. Card information is encrypted and handled directly by our payment partners, never stored on our servers.
Visit Settings > Privacy to control your preferences. You can manage what data is visible on your profile, opt out of marketing communications, control cookie preferences, and request data export or deletion.
