Practice Profile

Log in to your Provider Dashboard and go to 'Practice Profile'. Here you can update your address, phone number, office hours, services offered, accepted insurance plans, and more. Changes are reflected on your public profile immediately after saving.

Navigate to 'Practice Profile' > 'Photos' in your dashboard. You can upload photos of your practice exterior, reception area, treatment rooms, and team. We recommend high-quality images (at least 1200x800 pixels) to make the best impression on potential patients.

Yes! Go to 'Practice Profile' > 'Dentists' to add individual profiles for each dentist at your practice. Each dentist can have their own photo, bio, specialties, and schedule. Patients can then book appointments with specific dentists.

In your Practice Profile, go to 'Services' to add and organise your offerings. You can select from common dental services or add custom ones. Feature your specialties by marking them as 'highlighted' to make them more visible to patients searching for specific treatments.

A strong description should include: your practice philosophy, years of experience, unique offerings, technology used, and what patients can expect. Keep it professional yet welcoming, around 150-300 words. Avoid excessive medical jargon.

Go to 'Practice Profile' > 'Insurance'. You can add or remove insurance providers from the searchable list. Keep this updated so patients with matching insurance can easily find you. You can also indicate if you accept NHS patients.

Yes! Click 'Preview Profile' at the top of your Practice Profile page to see exactly how patients will view your listing. Review all sections before publishing any changes to ensure accuracy.

Navigate to 'Practice Profile' > 'Team'. Add each team member with their name, role, photo, bio, and qualifications. For dentists and hygienists, include their GDC registration number. Team profiles help patients feel more connected before their visit.
