Log in to your account and go to 'My Appointments'. Find the appointment you want to modify and click 'Cancel' or 'Reschedule'. Please try to give at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. You can also call the dentist's office directly.
If you miss an appointment without cancelling, the dental practice may charge a no-show fee according to their policy. We recommend cancelling as early as possible if you can't make it. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book appointments with certain practices.
We send appointment reminders via email and SMS (if you've opted in). You'll typically receive reminders 48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment. You can manage your notification preferences in Account Settings > Notifications.
Yes, your complete appointment history is available in your account under 'My Appointments' > 'Past Appointments'. Here you can see details of previous visits and book follow-up appointments with the same dentist.
You can confirm your appointment by clicking the confirmation link in your reminder email or SMS. You can also log in to your account, go to 'My Appointments', and click 'Confirm' next to the appointment. Confirming helps the practice prepare for your visit.

Currently, each appointment needs to be booked separately. However, after your visit, your dentist may recommend a follow-up, and you can easily book your next appointment through the confirmation email or by visiting the dentist's profile.
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with an 'Add to Calendar' button. Click it to download an .ics file that works with most calendar apps including Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook. You can also enable automatic calendar sync in your account settings.
