Billing & Subscription

We offer three tiers: Basic (free), Professional, and Enterprise. Professional includes enhanced visibility, analytics, and marketing tools. Enterprise adds priority support, custom integrations, and dedicated account management. View detailed pricing in 'Settings' > 'Subscription'.

Go to 'Settings' > 'Subscription' in your dashboard. Select your desired plan and complete the payment process. Upgrades take effect immediately. You can also schedule a call with our team to discuss which plan best suits your practice needs.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (with a discount for annual payment). Invoices are sent via email and available in your dashboard under 'Billing'. We accept all major credit cards and direct debit payments.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from 'Settings' > 'Subscription'. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your basic listing will remain active after cancellation unless you choose to remove it.

Go to 'Settings' > 'Billing' > 'Payment Methods' to add, update, or remove payment methods. You can save multiple cards and select a default for automatic billing. Changes to payment methods take effect immediately.

All invoices are available in 'Settings' > 'Billing' > 'Invoice History'. You can view, download, and print invoices for your records. Invoices are also emailed to your billing contact after each payment.

If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email and retry the payment after 3 days. If payment continues to fail, your account may be downgraded to the Basic plan. Update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption.

Yes, we offer volume discounts for practices with multiple locations. Contact our sales team to discuss custom pricing for your organisation. We also offer discounts for annual prepayment versus monthly billing.
